Bethel & Madeleine | Dunaway Gardens Wedding

Dunaway Gardens sits nestled just southwest of Atlanta, in Newnan Georgia. The gardens once served as a theatrical training grounds and getaway for actors and actresses across the south. For almost half a century, the gardens were forgotten but have since been restored and serves as one of the city’s most beautiful wedding venues. With lots of beautiful trees and a stunning amphitheatre serving as the venue’s ceremony site, there’s always beautiful photo locations.

I had the opportunity to photograph Madeleine and Bethel in the stunning gardens as they walked together throughout – one of my favorite locations was in the garden’s stunning reflective pool. Madeline had her hair and makeup done by Margaret Snider and wore a stunning BHLDN gown. Bethel wore a custom tuxedo from The Modern Gent. Adding to the gorgeous day was a beautiful bouquet that featured stunning roses from California, created by Mary from the Amy Osaba team, as well as an invitation suite created by Kelsey Malsie Calligraphy.

I, along with Tristan Needham Design styled paper goods, and Tristan served as the incredible wardrobe stylist while I focused on photographing the grounds. I used Fuji 400h film and photographed everything using my Mamiya 645 and Contax 645 medium format film cameras. I hope you enjoy this gorgeous gallery, as it’s truly one of my favorites to date.
